Who we are
France on Two Wheels is the website of Adam Ruck, author of the guide France On Two Wheels. Email adam@france2wheels.com.
What we collect
When you use the Contact Adam form we receive your name, your email address and your message.
Why we use it
To read and reply to your message, and to keep the guide up to date. Your name and email address will not be shown on the site or passed on to anyone else.
Where it goes
The form sends your message to Adam by email. Our website provider, First Ideas Limited, keeps a copy of each form submission so a message is not lost if an email fails. The form’s spam check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Maps
The route, ride and hotel pages show maps from Google My Maps. They load from Google when you scroll to them, and Google’s own privacy policy applies to them.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and has no analytics.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them, by emailing adam@france2wheels.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
